The Details
We present this to each order in turn and ask for a small number of each order to plan and execute the activities for the children that day. We ask that a single member of the Order be appointed as liaison to the Crown to keep us apprised as to the progress and advise us should you need help in any way. We will ask that members of the order themselves make the medallions and that the burden of making them be spread out so that no single person is overly burdened. The badge need not be standardized as each person will take what they will from the day. They need not be complex. They are simply a remembrance of the day, the things they learned and the experiences they had.

The Children will be given lirapipe hoods when they undertake the pilgrimage. The populace will also have these available to them. We ask that those members of these Orders participating will cross participate. We want to reserve the hoods for the children and the newcomers and those truly interested in this undertaking that are still in the beginning of their SCA life.

We plan to have the adults stand and be recognized in court and will call the Children up to receive their badges.

This, we are sure, will be a learning experience for all of as well. Although we have a general plan, we are sure issues will arise and the methods of recognition will be altered sometimes.
