OCTOBER LETTER -
Unto the Great and Noble Populace of Fair Aethelmearc do
Henri and Elena send greetings!

Unto You, Fairest Aethelmearc do we, Henri and Elena, Roi et Riene send greetings this day! We bid you Health, Joy, Prosperity and Fair tidings!

Once again the days grow shorter and the nights grow colder.  As we say farewell to Summer, we welcome the Autumn and coming winter. It is a time to renew our spirits with family and friends!  In these days we would invite you to travel with us around the Kingdom upon a pilgrimage! This we have set forth, to visit and come to know Nobility!  Our Peerage and Orders of Excellence have, in all loyalty to the Crown, accepted our challenge and willfully wish to educate and entertain you one and all. Children and adults alike will have this opportunity to participate in the Arts and Visions of the best that our Society has to offer! So come upon us all, make ready your favorite walking sticks, mend your shoe leather and prepare to witness the treasures of Your Kingdom!

This month we look forward to a wonderful Crown Tournament! We are excited to ensure the lineage of this great Kingdom and present unto you our Heirs! Noble fighters train diligently. Clothiers toil to show the pageantry and glory for home and Kingdom. Heralds prepare their ourations that each contestant may be dramatically celebrated as they enter the list. Join us that day to appreciate the hard work and bear witness to the excellence of the kingdom. Come celebrate in the fashion that we know best in Our Shire of Coppertree!

And lastly we bid you this Month to take good account of your Noble blood and listen closely. There ‘are rumors of a great Enterprise on the horizon!  We hear, on the` best of  accounts, that there will indeed be a chance for us all to participate in the most noble of all  professions, fulfill obligations to our Lords, serve the Crown and be remembered in history as our greatest of ancestors! Valiant Ansteorra and Noble Trimaris are preparing to march onto the fields at Gulf Wars in the Spring. It is our Will and Word that Aethelmearc will March, as will many great Allies and Vassals!  So..  think of quiet times and the coming Holidays, but do not let your Swords, Pens, Needles and Knives get too far away, for we will wait for this great adventure and wish its time soonest upon us all!

Do all that helps you Live the Dream  and never hesitate to approach or contact us!
In Glorias Athelmearc!

Henri and Elena
Roi et Riene

SEPTEMBER LETTER -

Unto the Great and Noble Populace of Fair Aethelmearc do
Henri and Elena send greetings!

At the time of your reading of this missive Pennsic War will be over. We sincerely hope that each and every one of you who have attended had a wonderful and safe War. We also encourage you to take the time to relate your stories of Valor on the field, Teaching and learning in the many forums, Service done and received and happy times from the many camp fires, to those who could not make it this year.

This month we will ascend the Sylvan Thrones and be in awe of the Greatness that is Aethelmearc and her citizenry. We will also bid a most hearfelt farewell to our Great King Maynard and the Fairest of Queens, Liadan. We thank them for their outstanding service to the Kingdom and for the wonderful feeling that they will leave us all with when we look back on the days of their Reign. Monarchs will come and go but Kings and Queens will last forever in our hearts. King Maynard and Queen Liadan will surely be about our thoughts for years to come! Vivat and thank you for all that you are to Aethelmearc!!!

As we step up, our thoughts are centered on you, the populace and how best to serve you. We plan to travel this fall and winter to see the very best Aethelmearc has to offer. We will do our best to be available for all of you and hope to continue the path excellence that has been set forth by our great predecessors! We are looking forward to getting to know new friends and serving the Kingdom as well as it deserves. Our planned progress throughout the Kingdom will give us a chance to participate in most of the groups within our borders and even take us to other Kingdoms. On each of these trips you are all encouraged to join us! As we are here to serve the Kingdom as Monarchs, we are here to serve you the Populace. We are interested in your stories, your aspirations and your "Dream," we all share these things in common, it is what binds us all together in this great Society!

In Glorias Aethelmearc!!!

Sincerely,

Henri and Elena

DECEMBER LETTER:

The Holiday Season is upon us! Rejoice and be happy!

Our travels this fall have taken us far and wide throughout the Kingdom. We have been so pleased and happy to meet new friends and can not express enough what it means to us to share these times with you all!
We are amazed to meet so many new members. We are also excited to share with so many this fall, first events! We hope that you will realize and come to know 'The Dream" as so many of us have and welcome you to our Society!

We are proud of those who have taken to the Pilgrimage and of those who have worked  diligently to see to its success! A grateful Kingdom, Populace and Crown are in your debt!
To the Pilgrims and Guides we shout a loud VIVAT! and look forward to the path ahead!

We hear great tales of Noble Hunts and have already greatly benefited from these Noble pursuits! To those who will continue to do so, please take to the Sylvan Forests with great care and be safe! In the spirit of these enterprises We have been happy to refresh our knowledge of this noble endeavor thanks to our great ancestor, Gaston III Comte Foix. Although his tale is somewhat tragic, he has left to us a gift and a beautiful window into the middle ages in his "Livre de la Chasse" or "Book of the Hunt". We are sure many of you are and have been aware of this great work but would remind you of its beauty and wealth of information! We would encourage you to seek this out for it brings us closer to "home".

So Fair Aethelmearc unto our castles, homes and hearths will we all retreat for great celebrations of family and friendship. We wish each and every one of you a joyous safe  Holiday Season! We look forward to seeing many of you at the various 12th night celebrations and welcome all to share with us tales and stories of gallantry from the year passed! We are grateful for all of your hard work this year and hope that you will pat yourselves on the back, for another year of our Great Kingdom history is about to go into the chronicles.
Vivat Aethelmearc for a year greatly accomplished!

Fair tidings and our best Holiday wishes to each of you!
Henri and Elena
